Who is Hephzibah?   "A speck of dust blown by the wind of the Ruach wherever He wishes to use me, a nobody, a vessel of Yahuah's  love, mercy , compassion, & amazing grace."
"For Zion's sake I will not hold My peace, And for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, And her salvation as a lamp that burns. The Gentiles shall see your righteousness, And all kings your glory. You shall be called by a new name, Which the mouth of the Lord will name. You shall also be a crown of glory In the hand of the Lord, And a royal diadem In the hand of your God. You shall no longer be termed Forsaken, Nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; For the Lord delights in you, And your land shall be married. For as a young man marries a virgin, So shall your sons marry you; And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, So shall your God rejoice over you."                                                   Isaiah 62:1-5

Hephzibah is an ordained minister who has served Elohim for over thirty years in many aspects of ministry, including worship leader, women’s ministry, single parents pastor, personal/marriage counseling, missionary, prophetic preaching/teaching, healing and deliverance. She is a Certified Temperament Counselor, a member of the National Christian Counselor's Association, and Certified Pastoral Member of Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling.


Daystar Healing Ministries was founded in 1990, and has been called to the nations, with a love and compassion for people developed through much personal brokenness.   Hephzibah has experienced the faithfulness of Father through many trials of life and is called to preach a message of repentance and total obedience, the word being confirmed with signs following, as Hephzibah operates in all nine gifts of the Holy Spirit.  As an anointed minister, boldly proclaiming the gospel of the Kingdom, her vision is to see the body of Messiah walking in holiness, healed, delivered, and functioning in the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit, bringing all glory to Yahuah Elohim. 


The following quote was a word from a devotional book, which the Father used to minister to me, Hepzibah, & I hope it encourages someone,  as  well as answer the 'why' that others may wonder.

 "I love to heal the one who is a hopeless case.   I love to save the chiefest of sinners.   I love to supply the need of the one who has no means of support in the natural.   I love to use the one who is the most rejected.   I love to take the weak things of the world to confound those who are mighty in their own eyes. That is why I love to use you!"
